Certificate of Need (CON) Preparation – We will prepare and submit your CON
application and support your project throughout the process. Our Director of
Regulatory Services has 28 years of experience with Ohio’s CON program and was
the Program Administrator from 1997 – 2009. As administrator, she developed
legislation, rules, policies, and procedures that are in effect today.

Acute Care Services
State regulations for acute care services can change without providers having
any knowledge of or input in the change. We can monitor regulations, advise you
of proposed changes, and provide public comment where appropriate. We can help

Health Care Service (HCS) Compliance, Waivers, Variances – Our Director of
Regulatory Services worked with experts to develop rules for the following
services listed below. She developed and implemented the HCS Program for ODH
and was the program’s administrator from inception in 1997 through 2009. Our
experience can help ensure that your service is in compliance. In addition, we
can prepare your request for a waiver or variance and work with ODH to address
concerns.

involvement with hospital registration. She has provided consultation to ODH
regarding registration policy and rules and can help ensure that your
registration is accurate. If you are having registration issues, we can work
with ODH to resolve any issues and correct any mistakes.
