to assist in performance documentation to enhance review of suitability for
continued employment:

Peer review physician matched with similar experience, tenure, patient volume
and acuity

Reviewer addressed standard of care determinations, opportunities for
improvement and suggestions for skill base improvement

Offers to conference in person or by phone given

Immediate concerns found with basic intensive case management practices
