Faith also routinely represents insurance companies and trade associations of insurance companies on various legal, regulatory, and legislative matters. Faith is a Qualified Independent Assessor of the Insurance Marketplace Standards Association (IMSA), and has conducted independent assessments of life insurers applying for both initial and renewal membership in IMSA. Consultation includes recommendations regarding best practices for legal and regulatory compliance.

Representative Experience

• Assists insurance companies in market conduct matters involving state regulators. 
• Assists life insurance companies in completion of self-assessments for IMSA.
• Conducts IMSA independent assessments of life insurance companies.
• Assists clients in privacy activities to comply with state and federal laws and regulations.
• Assists health insurance companies and managed care organizations in regulatory and compliance matters, including product and policy filings.
• Legislative counsel for the Ohio life insurance industry, representing the Association of Ohio Life Insurance Companies before the Ohio Department of Insurance and the Ohio General Assembly.
• Represents insurance companies in various legislative matters, including analysis of legislation, drafting of legislation and amendments, development and implementation of legislative strategy.
• Served as Vice President, Federal Affairs for the Health Insurance Association of America, including development and implementation of strategy to influence federal legislation on behalf of Association member health care companies.
