Poliner on Appeal: From $366 Million to $0

On July 23, 2008, the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in Poliner v. Texas
Health System reversed the district court’s now infamous ruling in favor of
Dr. Poliner and held that HCQIA immunity applied to the defendants.
