Maximum Period for Medicare Claims Submission Reduced

Medicare Part A and Part B providers/suppliers: The health care reform law
includes an important new provision requiring that for all services rendered
after January 1, 2010, a claim must be submitted no later than one year from
the date of service, no matter when the service was performed. Read more about
