In the Market for Long-Term Care Beds in Ohio

Ohio’s Certificate of Need laws recently changed to expand the market for long-term care beds.
Providers are no longer limited to selling and acquiring beds from within the county.
Beds can now be moved to a contiguous county and from a county with a bed excess to a county with a bed need
as identified on our web site.
We are looking to facilitate bed relocations by helping to identify those providers who want to sell beds and those who want to acquire beds.
